Do you use the Paligo CCMS for your documentation? Are you looking to hire a technical writer who has experience of using Paligo and can hit the ground running on your projects?

I could be the right person for the job. Because I have experience of using the Paligo CCMS and I’ve also worked for Paligo. Yes, I have created lots of the content in their help centre and I worked in customer support too. So if my name rings a bell, it could be that I’ve helped you before.

I’ve worked on many projects for Paligo, so have excellent knowledge of the Paligo CCMS.

Some of the projects I’ve worked on include topics about:

  • Content reuse

  • Variables

  • Filters

  • Publishing

  • Layouts

  • Translation

  • Branching

  • Styling your help center with CSS

  • Integrations with other systems, including Zendesk and Salesforce.

In fact, there’s not many areas of the product I haven’t helped with (API docs being the major exception to that rule). I’ve worked in Paligo customer support too, and helped to improve the UI and general user experience.
